License Agreement

1. Grant of License

GoldStockEX Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the GoldStockEX trading platform, mobile applications, and associated software (collectively, the "Platform") solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any part thereof.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Platform or any portion thereof without prior written consent from the Company.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other data-gathering technologies to access the Platform without express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or the data contained therein.
• Use the Platform to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) of the Company or its licensors on the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The GoldStockEX name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Platform is entirely voluntary, and the Company will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as it sees fit without any obligation to you.

4. User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any credentials you use to access the Platform. You agree not to disclose your password or credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the requirements in this section.

5. Updates and Modifications

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.

The Company may update these license terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Company makes no warranty that the results of using the Platform will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this license, you shall cease all use of the Platform and destroy all copies, full or partial, of any Company software in your possession.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time, discontinue providing the Platform or any part thereof without notice. The Company may also terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
